CISME Magazine is born as a space to look at health with more context. We want to connect habits, prevention and health care without reducing them to advice lists or quick promises.
The magazine starts from a simple idea: the body does not work in separate departments, and patients should not be spectators in their own health.
Informed curiosity
We will talk about food, movement, sleep, oral health, concentration, relationships, nature and new technologies. We will also explain what questions may be useful before going to a consultation.
We will not present associations as proven causes, nor will we turn each subject into an appointment call. When a CISME specialty can provide context, we will indicate this in a prudent way.
Clear information, with its limits
CISME Magazine provides general information and does not replace an individual assessment. Each article explains its limits and lists the sources consulted so that you can read further.
